Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented Technical support engineer (Tier 3). You will work in small teams on various products, from integrating multiple platforms into one dashboard to managing our data and analytics systems.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a Tier 3 Engineer or a similar position.
- Ability to troubleshoot in a large-scale environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read code (no writing needed).
- Experience with databases, especially MongoDB.
- Experience with REST API.
- Experience with SaaS systems.
- Excellent people skills.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for escalating technical issues that could not be resolved by CX, to Product Assessment and/or Software Development.
- Working alongside our R&D teams to analyze and address complex Product malfunctions.
- Be the technical focal point to our customer facing teams and develop tools that will assist you in your work.
- Work in a high pressure, dynamic environment that is growing and changing often.
