The coronavirus pandemic is affecting the entire world, and Ukraine, of course, is no exception. In these trying times, it is very important that everybody pulls together in the fight to stop the virus.
Lviv IT cluster – a community of information technology companies – has launched a United in Health program in the attempt to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in Lviv and Lviv region. Many companies are participating in the program. We at Forbytes could not stand aside and joined our colleagues as well.
We care deeply about the wellbeing of our team and do what we can to help fight this pandemic. So, it was a no-brainer for us to join the United in Health program when we found out about it. Also, we strictly follow the rules of the quarantine by encouraging our employees to work from home and offering them support if needed.
–Orest Chaykivskyy, Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at Forbytes
In the first stage of this program, we pulled together our resources with other companies to quickly obtain means to detect potential COVID-19 cases. In less than 2 weeks the program acquired 20,000 express tests and directed them to the Department of Health in Lviv Regional State Administration. 45 crews were dispatched in Lviv and Lviv region in the first week. Over 2000 people were tested, 15 of which tested positive for COVID-19 and were immediately referred to take PCR tests.
Forbytes are determined to continue their support of the program during the next stages as well. In addition, we are offering our expertise in Data Science, .Net, and Python, at zero business profit to all companies that are trying to stop the pandemic. We firmly believe that the way to win this fight is by joining forces and doing it together! If you need a skilled development team to help you help everyone, please contact us.

Let's Get in Touch
Forbytes created an app that allowed users to quickly measure themselves to be fitted for custom shirts. As a result, we could increase our speed, quality, and shirt output per week. Forbytes was dedicated to delivering a solution that accurately addressed our needs.
Forbytes’ engineers and team leads worked as part of our RnD group and were directly managed by our company directors. They were both proactive and adaptable, qualities that perfectly match our needs in our fast-growing and constantly evolving environment.
Forbytes has a strong process-oriented way of leading the company, with good respect for themselves and their managers. They made a choice not to become too big but build slowly on more qualified people, which is paying off.
