As an HR Manager, you will work closely with the management team to improve the company’s operations and guide its HR direction.

Your role will involve shaping a positive and productive company culture, designing and implementing  HR programs to support employee growth, and ensuring long-term talent development and retention.

You’ll also play a key role in building a strong connection between employees and leadership, driving engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with company goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in human resources management within an IT company.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, metrics, data analysis and related tools.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, ability to lead effectively, sociability, and empathy.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and proactive issue-resolution capabilities.
  • Result-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility.
  • High motivation to manage expectations effectively.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and patience in handling requests.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives to support business growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company culture.
  • Create and manage training, learning, and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure workforce skills meet current and future market demands.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement through regular surveys, feedback, and targeted initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair treatment for all team members.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations, including recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the analysis of HR data to guide strategic decisions and improve policies.
  • Organize company-wide events and initiatives to foster team building and a positive workplace culture.

  • Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as needed.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR and recruitment team to maintain a seamless candidate experience.
