The task involved creating a robust infrastructure and optimizing website performance. The goal was to effectively manage the growing volume of daily orders and elevate customer service standards.
Given the client’s request for immediate system enhancement to keep up with business growth, we swiftly initiated the project to deliver timely results. Our initial step involved conducting a comprehensive analysis of their existing system.
We identified specific needs and challenges, laying the foundation for building a tailored solution with enhanced architecture.
During the platform transformation process, our dedicated specialist rewrote the multistore menu and developed the GDPR consent module. Marketplace orders and auto imports were also implemented.
These changes were executed to enable optimal platform functioning. In addition, we made some improvements to the website’s performance and introduced additional features, thereby elevating the overall customer experience.
Our team successfully revamped the Magento cache system to align with the client’s business needs. This involved replacing the conventional cache flow with innovative techniques such as MySQL triggers and AMQP for post-processing.
