Helps you find the right people for the job
Offerta was founded in 2008 with the ambition to simplify the way we buy services. They had an idea that they hoped would make it easier for businesses to find customers and vice versa. By creating an online marketplace, they gathered both businesses and customers on one site and set up a system that allows users to easily compare offers.
Eventually Offerta found that they had need of more software engineering expertise than they had access to. So, in 2016 Offerta partnered with Forbytes in order to solve this problem and ensure that their site ran smoothly. Today Offerta is Sweden's largest marketplace for services and has conveyed over 1 300 000 quotations.
COO and Business Development of Offerta
"Forbytes has a strong process-oriented way of leading the company, with good respect for themselves and their managers. Emphasising culture and providing developers of the highest quality are the hallmarks of their work. Their project leadership, productive workflow, and interpersonal relationship-building also stand out."
An easy bridge between customers and businesses
The marketplace covers 140 industries and allows consumers to find help with both everyday tasks and more complex ones. The services offered ranges from cleaning and relocation to IT and legal services. Because of this it is important that it is easy to find what you are looking for, both for the customers and the businesses.
Forbytes' developers have been collaborating closely with the Offerta team to provide the best assistance possible. We provide front- and backend development for the marketplace, tailoring it to the company's and their clients' needs.
The customer comes first
Our experts provided an advanced solution architecture and helped set up development processes and flows. This divided the work into more manageable phases and made it easier to oversee. To ensure that the software created was as well suited as possible to the client's needs, the team set up a system of working with feedback.
Included in the work with the online marketplace was the necessary multiuser system. To ensure an efficient share of information between end users the team developed sophisticated and flexible permission schemes. For added usage friendliness these were made accessible from multiple devices as well.
